    Up to 4 Validated Individuals. Any additional members over the allotted 4 guests is an additional $300 per month for a total of 6 people maximum.
    • Single & Junior Memberships are transferable to a Membership upgrade.
    • Family Membership is transferable to a Membership downgrade.

    After a year.

    These Memberships are non-equity. There are no assessments and no restaurant or bar minimum requirements. Spouse and all children under the age of 23 are considered members under a Family Membership.
